They wandered for days in all seasons finding villages with fantastic light and sublime eye views of sunlight dank conditions, thru the freeze, the beauty of Lakes ,Sky, Laurentian Mountains through all the seasons. Brilliant visionaries! These views were left in their minds thru sketching simple positions on canvas and later remembering these colors and painting in studio.A Y Jackson loved the crisp and clear air using short bursts of color giving movement and light in the natural settings!
